INNOVATIVE DRYING TECHNOLOGIES FOR DEHYDRATION OF FOODS

Drying is crucial to food preservation and for agricultural processing. Drying is a highly energy-intensive operation that also determines the quality of most products that are dried. Use of fossil fuels leads to emissions of greenhouse gases, thus having an environmental impact which has to be addressed.

Through extensive knowledge and experience of our research and development department and our on-going commitment to enhance dryer performance, our in-house engineers build our own dehydration plant and machinery. Thus we are able to tailor our processes to achieve higher yields and better quality production results specific to each type of product being dehydrated.
